Case Study: Evaluation of visitor surveys in Porsche customer center in Leipzig
In its factory in Leipzig, Porsche has been producing the Porsche Cayenne since 2002, the Panamera since 2008 and the Macan since 2014. Next to the factory there is a FIA-certified testing range and an offroad track where customers and guests can drive some laps. This event can be topped up with a visit of the factory workshops and a 3-course menu in the restaurant of the visitor center.
To ensure the quality of these events all visitors will be asked to fill out a one-page questionnaire after the tour. The questionnaire contains multiple-choice questions about their satisfaction with the events. Since 2006, between 100 and 200 questionnaires per day have been scanned by traininees using FormPro. The results are exported to MS Excel and can be evaluated there any further.
For the Porsche visitor center, the most important advantages of using FormPro are the quick availability of the survey results, the short training period for new trainees and the flexibility with new or modifed questionnaires.
